designing and creating nonviolent changes processes. Topics covered by the module are: tools for community needs assessment, nonviolent actions and campaign tactics.
The Module 3 of the Community Action Training programme (CAT) looks at practices for creating accessible and includive participatory processes and structures in initiative groups. Course topics include group spaces and their function, handling group conflicts, internal decision-making, group dynamics and cultures, and public narrative.
